Intro: Why am I Up?

Okay, so I have just ended another out of the blew workout and I worked out for probably 30 minutes outside in the late hours of this rainy summer night. I have also spent another hour in the bathroom. I am tired, restless and undoubtedly fighting anxiety with bursts of adrenaline. But I literally thought up the concept for this blog today, approximately 15 minutes ago while I was finishing up my shower.

I was thinking of how much I want to lose weight and actually stick to the process. I want to document my life change. I want to have something to remember this experience by; a record of my challenges and determination.


Thick Boy 2 Fit Boy is a chronicle of a HWP ( height weight proportionate) black male doing his best to stay focused and goal oriented to be FIT, not thin / not skinny; but wholeheartedly conscious of his health and time by working out to improve body performance and rid the body of excess fat.
